This exciting, in-demand workshop series has been re-designed to make it even more powerful and easier to attend! The workshop series was developed for women who experience difficulty or dissatisfaction in their sexual lives. In a safe and supportive environment, you will have an opportunity to combine a variety of exercises and discussion to address such issues as orgasm, desire, arousal, inhibitions, and pleasure. The foundation principles of energy-based body awareness exercises (including Energy Medicine and Energy Psychology methods) will be incorporated throughout the series to establish and enhance your connection to your sexual self - body, mind, spirit and soul.
